This unique little house is named for its original life as a neighborhood grocery; Bunn Street Market House blends a little Bloomington history with a completely updated stay for two. It has the privacy of an entire home with a bright, open, studio-style interior. The living room, dining area, work area, sleeping area, and kitchen flow into one another with partial dividing walls rather than interior doors. The sleeping area is not an enclosed private bedroom. The bathroom is fully private and enclosed.
The spacious living area features comfortable seating, a 75” Smart TV, WiFi, and large windows that fill the home with natural light. Blackout curtains and mini blinds provide privacy and room darkening when desired.
The sleeping area currently features a queen-size bed with quality bedding.
The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig, filtered drinking water, full-size appliances, and everything needed for a short stay or an extended assignment. A dining table for four provides plenty of room for meals, and a small desk with a stool offers an additional workspace.
For longer stays, you’ll also have a brand-new high-efficiency all-in-one washer/dryer — washing and drying happen in the same machine without transferring clothes — plus an iron and ironing board.
There is a camera in the rear exterior area.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Rates vary based on dates, length of stay, local demand and special events. Weekly and monthly pricing is automatically reflected when applicable and represents our best available pricing for extended stays. Rates are subject to applicable taxes and booking-platform fees.
